Lecture of PwC on Company Valuation23 December 2011р.

Our university is a leading and biggest economic higher education establishment in Ukraine whose activity is directed on forming the professional elite able to solve key problems of Ukrainian economy in the conditions of global competitive environment. In this case the question of partner relations with companies-leaders on International and Ukrainian market like the biggest world auditing and consulting network PricewaterhouseCoopers is very important for us.

On 15 Dec. 2011 by invitation of Institute of Hither Education Andreas Pfeil, PwC Senior Manager (Advisory Deals), gave a lecture for the third and forth year students, post-graduate students and teachers on subject “Company valuation with focus on banking valuation”. Listeners could familiarize with profound and useful results of the company in the field of fair value, discount rates, income approach and development of a valuation model. Lecturer explained the necessity of such a valuation and defined its key structure elements (enterprise value, equity value etc.). We would like to mark with deep gratitude that Mr. Pfeil gave the professional valuation and consultation of students’ joint work for participation in international championship of investment projects.
